Working Hours: 36.66 per week

Saint Joseph’s RC Junior, Infant and Nursery School governors are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our warm and welcoming community. Embracing our Catholic ethos, we value respect, care, and community spirit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and security of our school premises
  • Act as a keyholder, ensuring the school is safe and secure
  • Manage contractors and maintenance staff
  • Perform cleaning duties and oversee the regular cleaning staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Undertake maintenance duties as required
  • Uphold health and safety standards

 

Key Qualities:

  • Good IT competencies, demonstrating proficiency in managing digital systems and tools essential for the role
  • Be professional at all times and be a team player
  • Be positive, inspirational and self-motivated
  • Be able to organise and carry out various maintenance duties and repairs to ensure the general up keep and maintenance of the premises

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
